What you’ll do:
As an Incentive Compensation
Analyst
, you will
support
design, communication, administration and analysis of global sales compensation for our go-to-market organization. In this high impact role, you will
work
closely with executives and internal functions including sales, finance and accounting, and HR to improve and establish processes and systems for our next stage of growth
Thoroughly understand and execute calculations on all compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete,
timely
and in compliance with company policy
Collaborate with various cross functional teams to ensure participants are accurately credited for their transactions
Track, research and resolve commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions, including disputes
Provide high quality, timely responses to sales team, sales management, and other business partners, fully meeting their informational and reporting needs.
Actively participate in the design and implementation of sales compensation plans, policies, and processes each fiscal year
(or
as needed) to support the business objectives
Track and report on the status of plan acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness.
Work cross-functionally to scale the commissions process and systems with the Company growth, maintaining a focus on continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing time/resource saving solutions
Actively partner with Revenue Accounting team to ensure accurate monthly accruals under ASC 606
Provide
annual audit deliverables related to compensation payouts and
assist in
testing of sales compensation processes
Execute special projects as needed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
You have t
hree
to four years of sales compensation experience
You have the a
bility to handle confidential information with discretion
You have e
xcellent communication and people skills
You have h
igh attention to detail with strong analytical & organizational skills
You have the a
bility to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently
You have h
igh proficiency in Microsoft Excel
and Salesforce
and experience with incentive compensation tools
You have the a
bility to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
You have a c
ollaborative working style
and
experience working across varying teams to achieve common goals
