SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and users through incoming calls and incident tickets. This position is expected to perform testing and other tasks as required to advance projects and the HR technology roadmap.
This position is responsible for reviewing, researching, processing, and auditing HR transactions working closely with HR Business Partners; Department leaders and People managers across the enterprise. The roles and responsibilities of this role will include; Reacting as the 1st level primary support for all basic HR transactional master data corrections, reporting, self-service submission and troubleshooting and organizational management related end user support, requests re-occurring audit execution and review of all 1st level primary support components. Documentation of all problem management resolution activities via the support center call tracking tool is required along with the routing and escalation of unresolved calls to 2nd level support resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include; Answering inbound calls and responding to customer’s request. Assisting locations with support related questions and tasks; error corrections relating to internal transactional discrepancies and weekly payroll error submissions.
Create maintain and ensure quality and integrity of key HR data sets including the master data and organizational management personnel administration modules. Collaborate with the functional end users and use the technical resources to satisfy the customer need. Ensure that all testing procedures have been carried out as per the predetermined goals. Document and maintain Knowledge Articles for HR systems and processes. Focus on delivering support efforts within established service level agreements to ensure department key performance indicators are met.
Project Delivery Process Optimization – 20%
Support the execution of projects using Tyson project methodology in an analytical or technical capacity. Participate in evaluation reporting and analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives, recommend solutions and identify trends to make predictions. Assist with broader HR Connect initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 2 plus years relevant customer support role experience. Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills including generating simple letters spreadsheets and or graphics for personal business use or creating simple queries and simply formatted data output. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, and Access. Understanding of HR systems and processes a plus, preferably Workday & Kronos. Communication Skills: Ability to interact with and communicate to a broad range of end users providing excellent support. Requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
