Work you’ll do
As a Training Lead within our Workforce Transformation team you will:
Set up and structure an internal training program for the client’s HR department to support the development of fundamental skills required for the new HR organization
Identify the required infrastructure, technology needs, training methodologies, and processes to stand up training delivery
Identify a group of pilot courses that will be developed (although the Training Lead will not develop content for this project)
Work closely with Organizational Change Management, organization transformation, and communications teams to develop and implement a training strategy
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in business process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
Perform other duties as required

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Industrial and Organizational Development/Psychology, or a related discipline
5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Travel up to 80%; while up to 80% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice
Preferred:
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience is ideal
Experience in training/Organization Change Management in the higher education is strongly preferred
Understanding of end-to-end training development and system design lifecycle and phases
Advanced degree or certifications in a related discipline
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Ability to learn new technology and translate technical information into easy-to-understand communications and training
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience developing communications materials (fact sheets, newsletters, briefing decks, etc.)
