Responsibilities
Consult and collaborate with our HR Business Partners, Talent Development Team, and other relevant stakeholders to identify strategic business and development solutions such as experiential learning, coaching, mentoring, and training
Create and facilitate learning and development experiences to increase current and future talent development needs
Provide analysis of training solutions, soliciting feedback in multiple ways, in order to ensure the highest level of learning and development are being delivered to our employees
Assist in vendor selection and management to ensure all Talent Development solutions are meeting our high-quality standards

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
1-3 years' training and facilitation experience
Related training and development certification preferred
Able to manage large scale projects and initiatives
Familiar with Adult Learning principles and learning evaluation metrics
Superior presentation and writing skills
Demonstrates awareness of cultural differences in the workplace, and integrates diversity and inclusion principles in strategies and initiatives
Preferred candidates will have experience developing and delivering training for virtual and in-person learning environments.
