The Position
The Manager, HR Communications is responsible for developing and executing the HR communications strategy for PVH employees across Europe, with a focus on headquarter engagement. You will own and evolve the HR tone of voice for written employee communications, elevating the HR service offerings by driving a cohesive narrative that tells the right story, at the right moment. You’re the critical connection between what HR wants to say and what our associates want to hear.
You'll combine creativity with organizational skills to design and execute multiple internal communication campaigns simultaneously. You’ll craft captivating written communications that inform and educate our employees on organizational updates, operational HR changes, career development and opportunities, rewards and benefits, and other HR initiatives. Experience in writing communications for HR is an advantage, as you’ll play a critical role in translating the technical aspects of our products to employees, in order to drive generate understanding, engagement, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Proudly take ownership for the HR Communications strategy, and strive to continually improve how we deliver, engage, and motivate our employees through creative and impactful communications.
Expertly craft all core HR copy material, including memos, newsletters, executive talking points, event invitations, FAQs, and information documents.
Shape and embed the HR Tone of Voice across communication materials and channels, linking it with our leadership behaviors, inclusion & diversity objectives, and strategic vision.
Partner with the HR Leadership team, Centers of Expertise, Project Leads, and cross-functional teams to build project-specific communication strategies for both local and regional initiatives. Provide subject matter input to ensure the right message touches the right audience, at the right time.
Partner with the Corporate Communications and Employer Branding teams to drive a seamless transition between customer, candidate, and employee communications.
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience in developing and executing HR or employee-centered communication strategies.
Strong sense of collaboration with the confidence to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams and Senior Leaders.
Exceptional writing and editing skills – Impeccable grammar, accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to grasp copy brief requirements quickly, and strengths in analyzing, synthesizing and summarizing high volumes of information.
Ability to adapt the tone of voice to different communication needs, from more serious corporate talking points, to creative and energizing event memos.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment, and able to organize multiple project simultaneously.
