Summary:
The HR Change and Management Leader will design, develop, and implement the change management strategy and related communication strategy for the organization. This role will guide other change management functions within the organization and will oversee the delivery of change management services to drive a best in class team member experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Act as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for change management, developing global and regional change management and communication strategy
Focus on best practice, single program deployment and improved team member experience, balanced with specific needs and drivers
Develop and maintain change management tools and approaches, providing training to leaders
Lead the engagement of all functions and key stakeholders in the design and implementation of a holistic change management model
Design and establish ready-to-launch tailor-made HR policies, tools, processes and procedures on demand in change management to inform, develop, and train HR leadership
Develop and manage business case deliverables and change management effectiveness measured against core business KPIs
Manage the delivery of change management consulting to support important strategic project initiatives
Manage the selection, validation, and management of regional or country specific 3rd party vendors to deliver change management tools and activities
Coordinate all policy/program changes with all stakeholders in the organization
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.
Experience: 10 years relevant work experience
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills with advanced knowledge of change management technical tools
Communication Skills: This position is expected to communicate recommendations and strategically influence across a broad range of users, stakeholders, and management. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.
Special Skills: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change management strategies; Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people through workforce shaping. Proven ability to manage large scale cross functional change projects using the defined Tyson methodology; Strong analytical, technical, and strategic skills to drive efficiencies; Attentive to detail with strong time management skills
Supervisory: Yes, this person will lead a team
Travel: 5-10 domestic trips per year.
