The Senior Culture and Engagement Professional manages all aspects of culture and engagement projects, including activities designed to foster associates well-being and engagement aligned with the company's culture and values. The Senior Culture and Engagement Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Responsibilities
The Senior Culture and Engagement Professional for Humana Pharmacy Solutions works on programs designed to enhance the associate experience including wellness program activities aimed at improving employee health and well-being. The Senior Culture and Engagement Professional will have matrix accountability to other pharmacy leaders. Responsibilities include the following:
Communicates regularly and effectively with team members and HPS leaders
Makes recommendations on changes or additions to the program to reflect changing needs of supported teams.
Uses data and analytics from associate experience surveys, well-being snapshots, and other associate feedback loops.
Develops creative, clear-written material in support of the organization's communications strategies as they related to culture and engagement.
Helps plan and develop internal or external communications.
Provides direct support to HPS leaders.
Implements change management, development planning, competency models, employee on-boarding, recognition programs and career development.
Helps design learning materials and systems as well as facilitate learning to associates.
This Senior Professional exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Also, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to determine the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field, or 8 years of related experience
3 years of technical experience - associate experience, wellbeing, customer experience
Demonstrated project leadership experience
Demonstrated collaboration experience
Superior attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present in large groups
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Proven ability to improve existing processes
Ability to build relationships, and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and especially Excel
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
Experience leading and managing direct, or in-direct teams
Regulatory and compliance experience
Background or familiarity with Pharmacy Operations, Production or Call Center operations
