Strategic HR business partner driving the people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, team effectiveness and change management for I/CV/Fib TRC. Accountable for functional areas as well as site responsibilities for Cambridge site.
Responsibilities:
•Provides strategic HR Business Partner expertise to SVP I/CV/Fib TRC and their respective senior leadership team to maximize organizational performance.
•Translates business strategy and organizational needs into contemporary global organizational performance solutions including organizational design, talent management, and culture change.
•Translates the R&ED strategies into the BMS People Strategy and monitors the effectiveness of organization performance programs through the use of metrics and analytics in a way that brings value to the business.
•Works with COE’s to monitor external environment (e.g., job market, technology, demographic development) and define future workforce requirements (quantitative and qualitative) as well as identifying and articulating the HR needs of the business to the COE’s and deploys their programs and processes in ways that bring value to the business.
•Seamlessly collaborates with leaders and HR colleagues within and beyond R&ED to drive business performance at the seams of the organizations
•Drives the site culture and employee experience
•Provides guidance and collaborates with HR Business Partners and People Services leaders for effective deployment of HR activities.
•Analyzes key data and trends to drive organizational effectiveness and the development of a workforce plan aligned with business strategy and objectives.
•Drives succession planning, diversity aspirational goal achievement and talent retention efforts pipelining, as necessary, for external talent. Takes a leadership role in creating a respectful & inclusive work environment while role-modeling the BMS Behaviors and fostering geographical and cultural diversity
Requirements:
·College/University degree (advanced degree preferred), and 3-5 years of HR experience.
·Extensive experience as an HR business partner with significant leadership skills and experience building and leading global, diverse teams of HR professionals.
·Demonstrated success in working effectively at senior management levels to impact and influence decision making.
