What We’re Looking For:
The DEI Program Manager will serve as a part of 2U’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team and play a key role in the execution of inclusion and diversity priorities. Support execution of the global DEI strategy and the implementation of programs designed to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Use expertise in project management to support the execution of DEI projects and develop and track metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate inclusion and diversity initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Conduct research and identify DEI best practices.
In partnership with our BRNs and Mosaic complete DEI related awards and recognition applications on behalf of 2U.
Support Mosaic and the Business Resource Networks (BRNs) and other stakeholders including executive sponsors and DEI support groups across the business, to proactively to support meeting DEI and business strategy objectives.
Manage the DEI budget process and engage with key stakeholders on DEI related events
Generate DEI impact reports.
Manage vendor partnerships and DEI external partners.
Utilize DEI Data Analytics to support DEI initiatives.
Together with the DEI team manage the DEI externally facing website content in partnership with the Brand team.
Partner with VP of DEI to create and manage the DEI internal communications in partnership with the Internal Communications team.
Manage the DEI social media strategy in partnership with the Brand team.
Manage and support DEI related internal events and programs.
Identify trends in survey feedback from BRNs, DEI, and Mosaic sponsored events and work with the BRNs, Mosaic, and the DEI team to put a plan in place to address the feedback.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
At least five years of Human Resources or related experience required with at least two years supporting DEI initiatives
Experience in project management
Demonstrated knowledge of Business Resource Networks, current best practices and trends in diversity, equity, and inclusion, including familiarity with key concepts (e.g. cultural competence, unconscious bias, etc.)
Shows a committed and proactive approach to diversity and inclusion and to own personal development in this area
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse environment
Ability to handle confidential information and materials with discretion
Demonstrated ability to develop presentations and learning sessions for small to large audiences, and facilitate team discussions
Experience creating and managing project plans to support effective implementation of programs and initiatives
Experience coordinating events, managing logistics, identifying speakers, and developing agendas/materials
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is $85,000, with potential bonus eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
