Job Details:
SUMMARY: Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the electronic and paper personnel files; vacation and bid job tracking; attendance; disciplinary actions; and employment verifications for current and previous hourly team members. Other duties also include answering a steady volume of telephone inquiries, handling a high volume of team member inquiries regarding Company benefits, policies, and payroll, along with other HR duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education in general office and clerical skills preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience in a busy office environment (personnel, client or customer relations).
Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office are essential and previous SAP and/or HRIS experience is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, work with constant interruptions, and possess extensive organizational skills are necessary in this position.

This position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility, therefore, they will be considered for the opening first. If none of the local Team Members are selected then other Team Members from other locations will be given consideration.
