Description
The Senior Workforce Management Professional applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Senior Workforce Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Workforce Management Professional assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, change management, and constantly rethinks routine. Work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Able to summarize complicated, multi-layered issues and/or resolutions to all levels of leadership. This position will have three direct reports supporting two different departments (Retail Market Clinical and CPS Quality) within the company.
Responsibilities:
Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data
Collaborates with multiple departments to support the business area's strategic outcome. Including, but not limited to: IT, Finance, Operations, Shared Services
Identify, assist in building, communicate, and analyze Operational performance measures and metrics to partner and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on increased productivity and reduced cost; technical and/or operational
Educate business partners and internal team on fundamentals of workforce management objectives and how it will support the area's overall mission and objectives
Leading a team of three direct reports and focusing on priorities of how to get work accomplished while maintaining associate and business partner engagement
Connect Verint tools with staffing model inputs - Timekeeping, Productivity KPIs, etc.
Proactively identifying barriers and challenges
Clearly and effectively communicate to all levels of leadership and front-line associates
Drive Verint utilization in supported business areas while collecting feedback and requirements to apply in a clinical workstream
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of Workforce Management experience
Experience in either Operations or a supporting role to a Clinical and/or Quality team.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint Online
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient presentation skills
Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Collaborative with multiple departments while focused on the strategic outcome
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Flexible, adaptable
Proven ability to manage successfully multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree
Prior experience in Process or Project Management
Experience with Verint
Work At Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
