This is a very exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Pure’s third R&D innovation center which marks our entrance into the India market. Our “third home” will be located in Bangalore, with plans to grow to 500 in engineering in 4 years; roughly 25% of which will be from earl-in-career talent pools.
In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy and execution of Pure's University Recruiting engine, this includes:
aligning with R&D leaders on the early-in-career talent priorities and planned growth trajectory for each of our business units, aligning with TA leaders on the operational, capacity and delivery models
building and managing our University Relations in market
developing the University talent acquisition strategy for the site including sourcing/recruiting, onboarding, and both intern and fresh grad post-hire programs
Setting and managing to KPIs that demonstrate ambition in quality, diversity, and speed of hiring impact
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
5 years experience in University Recruitment and/or related program management
Proven ability to hire and grow a highly productive University recruitment channel
Market understanding of local Universities, hiring cycles, educational programs and talent pools
Experience deploying new, creative ideas and tracking performance against anticipated outcomes
Proven ability to tell a story of functional performance with data
Experience partnering with business leaders to engage the talent market in both bespoke and one-to-many models
