Start YOUR career with DHL today… DHL Express has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits at our CVG Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky. The incumbent will monitor market conditions and government regulations to ensure DHL pay rates/compensations plans are current and competitive. Design and implementation of pay plans, which include guidelines for bonuses and incentive pay. This position is in charge of maintaining the end to end process of the incentive programs including creation of Incentive documents and policies, management /updates of incentive databases/system, reports and bonus payroll submission. Supports the development and communication of compensation policies, processes and programs. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be accountable for developing, maintaining, and updating database system and processes which are critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metricsCreates equitable wage proposals for new hires and internal promotionsPerform quarterly bonus and compensation analysis, calculate payouts, create, route, track and reconcile compensation plans and paymentsDevelops and distributes compensation related communication materialsHost meetings/calls with the HRBPs and to deliver training, review incentive plans/policies and related documentation Works closely with Human Resources, Finance, and Operations to review inquiries and provide resolution on budget accruals and/or pay discrepancies Serves as resource to HR, Management teams, and Operations for compensation issues and questionsCollaborates with team on Job Evaluations and grading methodologyAdditional duties and responsibilities will include ad-hoc projects for the Compensation team Work with HR, Management teams, and Operations to help develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees Autonomy: Exercises a significant latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Works under consultative direction toward long-term goals and objectives. Work is often checked through consultation and agreement with others rather than by formal review of manager. Impact: May direct large, highly-complex company-wide or interdepartmental projects having strategic business importance. Translates high-level direction into specific action plans to remedy issues. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally result in failure to achieve goals critical to DHL leadership. Knowledge: Possesses expert knowledge in technical/scientific area. Primary contribution is in applying knowledge (product, industry, professional, technical). Majority of time is spent doing individual contributor work.
