Responsibilities: Renewal and remarketingReview of renewal termsReview and preparation of Renewal Proposal / Claims AnalysisMeeting with clients on pre-renewal and/or renewalsPreparation of Service Level AgreementPresentation of the benefits programme to employees Day-to-Day OperationsGetting updates on the employee movements from clientsFollowing up of underwriting requirements with clientsHandling the enquiries from both HR and employeesFollow up with clients on outstanding invoicesAct as escalation point for all client’s queries/feedback. OthersAct as Deputy to the Director in the course of work and management of the teamSupervising and mentoring their direct reports in their daily workPreparation of Helpline FAQsEnsure prompt payment by clients/accounts that are assignedTaking on any ad-hoc assignments Requirements Degree in any relevant disciplineMinimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI.
