This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London or one of our offices in the South East. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be primarily responsible for working in partnership with the HR and divisional hiring managers to deliver an effective recruitment and onboarding process, taking full ownership of the end-to-end resourcing process. As an organisation, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. What the day will look likeLeading recruitment efforts for our retirement and investment business, this role will see you working closely with stakeholders and senior leaders, while leading and managing a small team of recruitment business partners. About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Manager, some of your key responsibilities will involve:Working with the HR Director and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to improve Resource Planning for the business division and use plans for creation of talent pools.Working with HR Director/HRBPs and business leaders to understand the talent acquisition priorities in the business division and create and implement plans to support them.Working with the Talent Acquisition Leader to design and implement hiring manager recruitment satisfaction surveys and analyse and respond to resultsCreating metrics and ensure RBPs are accountable for sharing data with the business and using data to work with the business to recruit more effectively and reduce costsSupporting TA Leader to improve management capability through design and implementation of training programmes that will improve quality of recruitment process and will ensure understanding and compliance to the process for permanent staff, contractors and temporary assignments.Developing measures to ensure that line managers are accountable for compliance to recruitment processes across permanent, contractor and temp recruitment. Supplier Management & RelationshipsContinuous review of all permanent recruitment suppliers for designated business division and work with the TA Leader to continually improve quality of serviceDevelop relationships with identified suppliers that include a true partnership approachTeam ManagementManage divisional recruitment team providing coaching and feedback to ensure the team are continually developed and focused on client serviceEnsure that accountabilities of each Recruitment Business Partner are understood and implemented effectivelyProvide direction to the divisional team by setting goals and regularly measuring performance providing feedback and guidance where necessaryWorking with the Talent Acquisition Leader to manage the capacity of the team and to ensure the team is fully supported in their workContinuous improvement of resourcing process, tools and systemsSupport TA Leader to initiate, plan and implement projects to drive efficiency and effectives in the modelContinuous review of all sourcing tools and methods to ensure full usage and analyse effectiveness to drive further cost savings.Support TA Leader to further develop recruitment technology and systems to facilitate an improved recruitment process and reduce costs. Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. Skills and experience that will lead to successAs a Talent Acquisition Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:Commercial in-house recruitment experience or recruitment agency experienceExtensive best practice recruitment/sourcing experienceProject management experienceResults orientation, influencing and communication skillsTeam management experience and coaching skillsRetirement/Investment recruitment experience is helpful though not essentialKey relationships and stakeholders:Internal: HR Executive, HR Business Partners, Recruiting Line Managers, and Recruitment Business Partners/Co-ordinatorsExternal: Agencies, Candidates and VendorsHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
