Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for our field organization ensuring a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experience.
Create scalable processes that meets the needs of our growing company.
Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategy for current and future needs.
Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues.
Build strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates.
Screen and refer applicants to hiring teams in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research.
Maintain the applicant tracking system with recruiting and candidate contact history.
Conduct regular business partners' meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools.
Work internally with hiring managers to understand positions and team needs.
Negotiate offers by partnering with relevant stakeholders and working cross-functionally with legal, compensation/benefits, etc.
Partner closely with the HR leaders in charge of the relevant organization.
Use analytics to inform and influence decision making.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines .
Travel may be required to new locations and existing locations as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
Required Education, Experience & Competencies:
5 years of full cycle recruiting experience minimum (in house & agency preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology or relevant degree.
Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Operate with an incredible sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail.
Has built and maintained a broad network of professional relationships.
Excellent team player while also being a self-starter.
Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
Impeccable written and verbal communications skills.
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks, etc).
