Profile

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate Experience team leads efforts across Human Resources to be the thought leader and source for the voice of the associate.  The team develops insights gathered from associate feedback and sentiment to develop initiatives designed with our associates at the center of everything we do. They have expertise in analytics, process and continuous improvement, human-centered design, user experience and agile methodologies. The team takes a data-driven approach and mines a variety of sources to uncover issues and bottlenecks to fully understand what our associates want and how to make things simple and effective for them.

As a Manager on the Associate Experience team, you will leverage data-driven insights to build programs that elevate our associate experience and strengthen our culture. You will support multiple large-scale global projects and help lead our end-to-end employee experience design efforts - from framing the problem and ideation through rapid prototyping and iteration. You will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert and partner closely with leadership in the HR, Talent Management, Total Rewards and HRIS departments.  In addition, as associate experience research is a newly developed focus, there is a great deal of opportunity within this team for innovation and fresh ideas.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Work with the Employee Experience team to develop, implement and manage an employee experience strategy that ensures that the EVP, leadership behaviors and values are infused throughout the employee lifecycle in a consistent and sustainable way from onboarding to exit
  • Create and maintain global roadmaps of associate experience projects and deliverables
  • Manage day-to-day projects and programs to drive associate engagement and foster a high-performance culture
  • Partner with internal communications team to support strategic communication focused around employee experience initiatives, facilitate planning meetings, working sessions, off-sites, and track completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to design and field employee-facing surveys
  • Lead design workshops with cross functional partners to map the complete, end to end, process and ensure experiences take into account the broader organizational ecosystem
  • Develop user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, etc. that lead to ideation and rapid prototyping but also help the organization understand associate needs, engagement drivers and influence decision-making
  • Develop concepts / prototypes to be tested with end users (i.e., associates) to iterate and refine prior to implementing
  • Provide consistent project management guidance and best practices for consistent and timely delivery of projects

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in sociology, economics, people/HR analytics, psychology, business, math, finance, market research, or a related area of study, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR with responsibility for employee experience, employee engagement or diversity and inclusion
  • Excellent program and project management skills
  • Strong skills in data management, analysis, and problem solving
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a desire to provide high quality results
  • Effective team player with proven ability to work with senior executives
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly
