Job Summary
This will be a fixed term contract for 6 months only.Based in Central London and reporting to the Country HR Manager the HR Generalist's role is responsible for providing Human Resources support in the areas of record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. Responds to inquiries from employees and management. Provides assistance with temporary work assignments and ensures compliance with our processed and requirements.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Maintain and administer employee files, folders and other ad-hoc administrative duties, to include maintenance of various trackers such as payroll, Global Mobility and Immigration.
Manage our Starters and Leavers processes in line with our internal procedures.
Coordinate our New Hire Orientation program.
To administer our Leave Management System (Timmi).
To manage the HR Invoicing process in partnership with Finance and other departments.
Organising refresher Health and Safety trainings.
Coordinating our payroll process in collaboration with the payroll team.
Supporting with ad-hoc reporting and special projects whenever required.
Coordinating the probationary period process for our new hires in partnership with the People Leaders.
To administer our Health and Safety (DSE) platform for our new hires and employees.
To support with employment letters including, visa requests, promotions, merit increases, references, and mortgage letters among others.
Skills and Experience
Must be amenable to accept a 6-month fixed term contract
Experience in HR entry level or business related work
Good Microsoft Excel skills as you will be dealing with large data
Knowledgeable in using Sharepoint as it will serve as our repository
Desirable experience in using Workday (HRIS)
High degree of confidentiality in all aspects of individual's work.
Experience of working in globally, matrixed environments.
Experience of supporting stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
High attention to detail.
