Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a highly talented HR Technology Manager to support the HR technologies team for the International region spanning Europe, ME, India and Asia-Pacific. In this role you will develop and maintain best-practice HR systems in a way that contributes to the achievement of business goals. This position will collaborate with internal customers across HR and business lines to analyze needs and translate them into system specifications and enhancements, ultimately providing improvement to our digital HR experience and adoption. This position can be based anywhere in Europe, ME or India where AECOM has an office location.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Advanced user of Workday, Service Now
Experience with Oracle, Kenexa Brass Ring, Cognos, SharePoint
Working with sub-regional based analysts, the Lead will represent business needs and facilitate end user feedback to influence Workday configuration and enable self- service adoption.
Owns International regional backlog and prioritization of enhancements and incidents.
Responsible for ensuring Workday security model is configured to meet needs for International region.
Consult with end users on needs, provide solutions or develop requirements to create new roles, decommission old roles, or edit existing roles.
Collaborates with counterpart in AMER to align on needs and push forward globally aligned and focused changes where possible.
Works with global Workday functional leads and Workday technical support team to develop requirements, test configuration, and vet with key regional stakeholders.
Facilitate escalations and issues with Workday service, incident, and enhancement tickets
Find patterns and themes to drive change in our processes and configuration and improve user experience.
Regional liaison between Workday support model and HR/Business users.
Workday power user and subject matter expert, research and investigate Workday system issues, gather data to support new enhancements, service requests and incidents.
Partner with other critical teams such as IT and Finance, and represent the International region’s needs for enhancements, incidents, and service requests for other existing or new systems that connect to Workday.
Collaborate with HR centers of excellence teams and business facing HR teams around Workday process efficiencies, and advocate needs to drive solutions.
Partner with key stakeholders on change management and communication strategies related to Workday enhancements and releases.
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience working in a multiple HR System environment.
6 plus years of experience with Workday HCM system; identifying and diagnosing issues, working with stakeholders to develop requirements and deliver enhancement solutions (essential).
Experience with large scale HR systems implementations and/or maintenance (essential).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and eight (8) plus years of related HR Technology experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
