The Opportunity - Talent Sourcer
As a Talent Sourcer you will find and reach out to passive and untapped talent. Working closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers you will dive into positions you are sourcing for, develop a deep understanding of hiring needs, build out search strategies, and identify as well as attract passive candidates.
What you'll do as a Talent Sourcer
Partner:
Collaborate closely with your recruiting partners and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs.
Research:
Research talent markets, industries and companies to strategically inform your searches.
Strategize:
Design creative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent in a competitive market.
Search:
Build d
eep and diverse talent pipelines to meet sourcing requirements.
Write:
Reach out in writing in your very own individual and personalized way to engage and attract top talent.
Analyze:
Generate and use data for regular and special reports and dashboards. Monitor and track performance data to understand your success and challenges.
Advise:
Employ your expertise to guide your partners, drive improvements, solve problems, and make strong recommendations.
What You'll Bring to the Role

You are curious and really enjoy doing online research.
You are a creative writer and have strong writing skills.
You are ambitious and the outlook of reaching target numbers and timelines thrills you.
You are focussed and thrive when working with a high level of independence.
You embrace frustration as the little sister of fun (not of failure).
You have work experience as a talent sourcer or post-secondary education work experience (no matter in which field).
Additional Skills or Experiences Which Are Beneficial, but not Essential
You have worked in Talent Acquisition before.
You have research experience.
