Description
The Senior Talent Management Professional develops, implements, and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs in a combination of disciplines such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning. The Senior Talent Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Talent Management Professional monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs, and modifies existing programs. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Key Responsibilities Include
Act as key development and integrator of leadership development program design, products and services, including driving implementation and participant engagement.
Enable integration of talent development initiatives with Humana strategy.
Interface and collaborate with executive level leaders, HR partners, and key stakeholders.
Use data analytics to evaluate and measure effectiveness of learning solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Designs and develops leadership development products and services.
Manage vendor relationships, work products and contracts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning or related field, as well as experience using various talent management, learning and leadership development approaches.
Strong use of curiosity to make connections between assigned work and corporate strategy to create alignment and realize synergies.
8 years of complex program development and project/program management experience (consultation, design, development and implementation) for executive level audiences.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Proven execution skills including 2 years change management, marketing, communications and influencer strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Knowledge of talent development industry, as well as external learning solutions and development resources.
Expertise in Human Centered Design.
