Job Overview
Maynooth based organisation seeking an experienced international payroll specialist
for a six month fixed term contract.
Hybrid working is available and flexibility. 400 staff across multiple payrolls in Ireland, UK, Netherlands and Denmark
About Your New Job
* Responsible for the coordination and preparation of monthly payroll inputs for Irish and European entities
* Preparation of payroll bank files;
* Ensuring the payment of all deductions at source
* Providing detailed reconciliations of each payroll run;
* Ensuring strict adherence with all Revenue and HMRC requirements;
* Responding to all payslip queries from employees
* Reconciling all payroll accounts back to the general ledger;
* Reviewing and processing employee expense claims
* Providing such other financial assistance as may be required.
* Assist with special projects associated with the payroll function;
* Ensure all local reporting obligations during the year and at year end are adhered to;
* Prepare documentation and work with auditors as part of annual audit obligations;
REQUIREMENTS
5 years of international payroll experience
IPASS qualified
Experience managing a small team
