HR Generalist
for our North American operations reporting to the Head of HR Operations, North America
will support the administration of a variety of areas within HR which include compliance, employee relations, DEI initiatives, leave administration, payroll and benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, unemployment, policy implementation, US, Canadian, and UK employment law compliance, and administrative support. This position provides a unique and challenging opportunity to collaborate with management and team leaders across all functions.

Our team runs toward challenges, and you will have a demonstrated history of doing the same with a high degree of professionalism, initiative, flexibility and agility.
The Impact You'll Make:
Manage and maintain all employee/ HR records and databases - ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and privacy rules are followed. 
Assist in the administration of company benefit plans, e-bills and invoicing, annual open enrollment process and wellness program. 
Support, execute and maintain HR projects and programs related to wellness (i.e., quarterly wellness events, mental health awareness month events, etc.), internal compliance audits and benefits compliance 
Assist with onboarding of new hires in U.S. and Canada (including new hire paperwork, background check, system updated, I9 & internal communications etc.). 
Complete employment verification requests while ensuring appropriate confidentiality, privacy, and timeliness of requests. 
Provide level one support on all incoming HR queries 
Offboard employees in the US, Canada, and UK while processing all paperwork and tasks associated with this action. 
Ensure the proper communication and interpretation of all Human Resources policies and procedures 
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and internal and external resources 
Perform other duties as assigned by management. 
The Experience You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven ability to applying best-in-class HR practices experience gained from 2-3 years of related human resources experience.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, judgment, negotiating, influencing, and decision making skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest degree of security and confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and manage privileged, material non-public information and hold in the strictest confidence.
Proven ability to consult with stakeholders of all levels in order to develop and execute solutions.
Demonstrated proficiency with business applications, such as Microsoft Office suite and human resource information systems.
A hands-on professional with solid attention to detail, strong creative and conceptual skills.
Excellent teamwork and adaptability skills in a fast-growing environment, while maintaining consistency and attention to detail. 
High degree of integrity, natural desire to empower, strong work ethics, deep sense of accountability and continuous improvement mindset and capabilities.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional facilitation and oral and written communication skills. Able to articulate a complex issue with the right level of detail to improve understanding and decision making.
Highly analytical and metrics driven.
Proven ability to collaborate across a complex, highly matrixed, geographically dispersed global organization.
Able to balance strategy with strong tactical execution.
A proven track record managing change in a dynamic business environment with a strong sense of urgency to exceed goals and objectives.
