We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!Your Role:The primary responsibility of the Resource Management and Operations Specialist is to manage resourcing for all potential and assigned Professional Services and Education engagements. This position requires that the individual be the liaison among the Professional Services department Engagement and Delivery Managers as it relates to resourcing across all work. The Resource Management and Operations Specialist must also ensure that project resourcing is managed in order to ensure timely delivery.Your Opportunity:Plan and manage backlog for individual engagements Maintain accurate revenue forecast for assigned customersManage their portfolio of engagements from start to finish, including formal closure of engagementCollaborate closely with Professional Services, PS Operations and Education teams to centralize resource management activitiesObtain resources for all Professional Services and Education engagements based on skill set and calendar availability for work outlined in Statements of WorkSupport engagement lifecycle for services from booking to scheduling, delivery, and revenue recognitionManage and resolve resource booking conflictsMeet weekly resource meetings with Professional Services Engagement/Delivery Managers to identify appropriate resource requirements for each engagement and facilitate resourcing issues/conflict resolutionBuild, maintain, and communicate resource forecasts based on weekly meetings with Professional Services leadsCommunicate with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate scheduling for Professional Services and Education engagementsMonitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with the Team Leads to address and solve those issuesManage provision of virtual training coursesAssist with managing and increasing utilization numbers on the Professional Services teamEfficiently work within software applications like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, NetSuite, FinancialForce, and SalesforceIdentify and manage potential engagements that should be subcontracted to our partners. Ensure that proper process is followed and engagements are closed out in a timely fashionMay perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to timeWhat You'll Need:Fluent English, Japanese or Mandarin is a plus2 years resource management or project management experience in software solutions industryBachelor’s degree is preferred.
