ABOUT THE JOB
This is an extremely fast paced & fiercely competitive staffing environment, Must be able to find the right candidate anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours. Should be able to find the right match at lightning speed. The right candidate would be a highly technical person who can focus on the small minute details and can source, recruit candidates for various IT and Engineering positions. IT background would be really ideal to have. Should not be afraid to pick up the phone and call several candidates in a day. Should be willing to review close to 500 candidate profiles in a day. Should have a strong determination to succeed and must be highly patient and realize that 60 submittals in a month will give 2-4 placements. Must be able to find qualified & MOTIVATED candidate to submit to various positions. MUST have a STRONG determination to succeed & MUST be highly motivated & have the passion and hunger to EARN a high income. Must consider recruiting as his own business and MUST strive to build the same aggressively and earn a SOLID income. must be able to handle multiple rejections & should be persistent in trying and getting the desired results. Must be a dynamic, self motivated & extremely hard working go getter. 80-90% recruitment and 10-20 percent paperwork/admin related work. This is a high volume recruiting, We currently average around 5 new job orders a day and the hired person should be able to work on 2-3 job orders every day.
JOB REQUIRED SKILLS
1-5 Years of industry experience (Entry level candidates with exceptional background can apply)
Strong communication Skills
MUST have the ability to focus on the details & the minute specifications which come with IT recruitment
Ideally would be nice to have some recruitment and IT background but this is not required
MUST be highly proficient in online searching and should not be afraid to call multiple candidates.
Must know how to use various job boards & other ways to recruit candiates via networking, cold calls, internal database, online internet searching, referrals and more
MUST be able to find candidates anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.
Should have the ability to get things done now.
Must be able to source, screen, qualify & submit candidates for various positions.
Should be able to close on candidates after an offer is made.
