About the role? Providing both strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of Talent Acquisition, you will be comfortable delivering hands–on partnering support, alongside strategic leadership. With full accountability for the end –to–end service, processes, technology platforms and third–party suppliers, you will ensure compliance, efficiencies, and a high–quality service, for this complex matrix organisation. You will also have the opportunity drive the delivery of exciting objectives in areas including Operational Excellence, Employee Value Proposition, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDIB) and the development of our Global Service offering. About you? You will be an exceptional manager / leader who enjoys all aspects of Talent Acquisition from leading the team, collaborating on projects and leading on process improvements. A strategic thinker and problem solver, you will be resilient and adept at working with ambiguity. With demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition within a global, matrixed and fast–paced environment, you will have a solid in–house background and significant experience of developing, implementing, and evaluating effectiveness of a Talent Acquisition strategy and service aligned to wider organisational values, ambitions, and strategy. An excellent influencer and business partner, you will have experience of leading through change and be able to build relationships at all levels and collaborate successfully with senior stakeholders.
