Twilio is seeking a HR Technology Analyst to be a key contributor on the HR Technology team. The person in this role will primarily focus on Workday and ServiceNow HRSD production support, writing reports and supporting integrations. In addition, this individual will help rollout HR Technology projects. Working with the Director of HR Technology, this position is critical in supporting Twilio’s rapid growth.

and has demonstrated a track record of supporting Workday and ServiceNow HRSD in a fast paced, ever changing environment. They also have:
Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience working with Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Application
Working knowledge of Workday HR modules including HCM, Compensation, Benefits
Experience in HR Service Delivery Application and demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications
Have built complex Workday and ServiceNow HRSD reports and dashboards
Familiarity with working with Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors
Must be a self-starter, collaborative, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change
Experience troubleshooting integrations, security, and application issues
Ability to think through problems and deliver against very tight deadlines
Must be detail-oriented, analytical and have a system thinking approach to problem solving, basic understanding how things affect one another in an overall system
Familiarity with agile methodology and have been exposed to JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP
Customer service oriented and meet defined SLAs

As an HR Technology Analyst, you will live the Twilio Magic values:
Be an owner:
Perform day-to-day administration of Workday including configuration, testing and solving issues. Support projects such as the compensation cycles, performance reviews and open enrollment. Write reports, maintain security and load ad-hoc data loads using EIB. Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of HR Service Delivery Application on ServiceNow
Write it down:
Evaluate end-user requirements and document processes as well as maintain the document library. Communicate and train system end users on necessary functions
Empower others:
Manage testing by working with multi-functional partners and identifying test scenarios, develop test scripts, and execute testing in support of system and user acceptance testing
Wear the customer’s shoes:
Provide support to end-users on Workday and other HR systems, self-service, and other general inquiries regarding system use and function, advance issues as needed
Don’t settle:
Ensure data integrity by looking into process improvements and utilizing Workday functionality. Develop process automation in ServiceNow HRSD
No shenanigans:
Support SOX compliance efforts by ensuring process and data integrity
