(MATERNITY LEAVE)POSITION SUMMARY:  The Total Rewards Manager will support the governance and execution of Total Rewards initiatives related to salary, bonuses, job evaluation/pay equity, benefits, retirement plans, recognition and wellness. The key business impact of this role is to lead and manage the design, development, communication, implementation and administration of the company's total rewards programs, policies, and procedures to support the growth of the business.  An important part of the role will be to conduct and participate in internal/external wage and salary surveys, analyzes and summarizes survey results.The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, designing and implementing a range of programs and processes related to compensation and benefits, human resources analytics and information systems that support the Company strategic goals in Canada. The incumbent will collaborate with the total rewards team and the US Head Office Expert Team in overseeing the planning, design, and administration of compensation programs, and incentive programs as well as job evaluations and benefit policy and practice.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:  COMPENSATIONConduct market assessments and salary surveys for relevant marketsImplement and maintain job classifications, salary structures, pay equityAnalyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan.Participate in the annual increase processDevelop policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensationEnsure accurate salary administrationGuide managers through compensation decisions.Monitoring legislative changes and ensure processing of updates and changes BENEFITOversee all aspects of the company’s medical and dental plans including implementation of new programs, when required.Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees, by working with brokers and researching benefits issues.Administer the Group RRSP and DPSP plans and communication.Updating and maintaining benefit policies.Providing assistance regarding changes to the benefits plans.Manage the design and development of tools to assist employees in benefits selection, new employee benefits enrollment, benefits orientation (wholesale, corporate and DC employees).Administer the Associate Discount ProgramOversee the Employee Assistance Program and all communications relating to it.          GENERALCreate reports as required to fulfill all reporting requirements for the HR department or any other requestor including legislative requirements.Analyze reports as required.Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, turnover, performance appraisals, and absenteeism.Support and work closely with the SDHR in implementing and administering any HR initiative or project. Manage the recognition and wellness programsPartner closely with the Global Compensation and Benefits departmentsSupport any initiatives relating to Human Resources System implementationDuties as assigned from time.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience: 4 to 8 years of compensation and benefits experienceEducation:  Bachelor’s degree in Actuary, Business Administration, Human Resources Management,Industrial Relations or related fieldsSkills:Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practicesExtensive experience developing policies and programs related to compensation and benefits.Expertise with human capital performance measurement and metrics.Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.Innovative, strong project management and change management skillsDemonstrated ability to build strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEnergetic, resilient, capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive personnel informationStrong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and ability to influence stakeholders.General exposure to Human Resources Information Systems.PVH OFFERS:Competitive salariesInsurance and RRSP for full-time employeesGenerous discounts on merchandiseTraining and developmentCareer growth opportunities PVH Canada Inc. shall notify its employees and the public about the availability of accommodation for applicants with disabilities and its recruitment process.,title:Total Rewards Manager (Contract),datePosted:2020-11-02T00:00:00.000Z,@context:****Resources}Total Rewards Manager (Contract) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada | Human Resources at PVH
