Face coverings are available to all team members and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed. u00A0u00A0POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure compliance with employment law, company policy and procedure regarding hiring and staffing in the plant. u00A0ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assignedDirect recruitment activities at the Complex and coordinate recruitment activities in line with Company policy and procedure. Maintain communication with departments regarding hiring needs.Interview job applicants and review qualifications against job requirements.Compile information and prepare reports for complex and corporate utilization. Support facility and company goals and objectives as they relate to hiring/staffing by implementing policy and proposing process improvements.Ensure organization of hiring records including quality control, data input, and maintenance of applicant tracking system. Ensure information is retained in line with Company policy and periodic AAP reporting requirements. Maintain affirmative action program, including reports, records, and logs to conform to EEO regulatory and Company requirements. Regularly communicate affirmative action activity to relevant management personnel. Ensure all AAP goals and initiatives are being pursued. Act as liaison with area employment agencies, community agencies, and advertising agencies, processing and checking advertising agency posting requirements.Facilitate the companyu2019s management training and internship programs.Train employees who participate in the hiring process on Company expectations.Coordinate with Corporate Compliance to ensure hiring team is trained and has access for compliance in Form I9.
