12 month FTC - HR Officer to be office based
Hays HR has registered a HR Officer role join on a well known organisation based in Newcastle Upon Tyne on a 12 month FTC. This position is a full time role based on site to provide a generalist HR support service to management and employees.
Your new role
Within your new role you will be part of a team of 6 HR professionals supporting the HR function.
Key responsibilities:
* Involved in supporting Recruitment across all areas of the business
* Source candidates using a variety of sourcing methods
* Support hiring managers with the application process, shortlisting & interview process screening
* Support on the induction and onboarding process
* Provide practical advice and guidance to managers and employees in relation to policies and procedures
* Supporting mangers with formal and Informal proceedings, investigations, disciplinary's, absence review, grievance hearings, capability including occupational health
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be required to demonstrate experience in a similar role previously.
* Understanding Employment Law
* Experience supporting on recruitment
* Understanding policies and procedures
