We can
ONLY

1: Experience with ADP/ProBusiness payroll and Report Writer REQUIRED (No Exceptions)
2: Possess strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
3: Intermediate to advanced level payroll technical skills in a variety of areas including, payroll processing, reporting, account reconciliations and performance of SOX controls
4: Canada Payroll Experience REQUIRED (No Exceptions)
5: 3-5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience REQUIRED (No Exceptions)
6: Ability to act as team leader and support junior level Payroll Staff
7: Ability to work extended hours including potentially weekends during peak times such as yearend or sick team members
8: Outstanding spoken and written communications skills

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to act as a team leader and assist in the processing of multi-state payroll for US and Canadian employees. Utilizing the ADP/Probusiness payroll systems the Sr. Payroll Specialist will ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately.
