Our food production client is seeking a motivated high-volume recruiter to leads their efforts in recruiting for their production line.

:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
Perform phone screenings.
Facilitate the interview process.
Perform reference checks as needed.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practice.
Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.
Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
