The Work
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Sr. Analyst works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients solution investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget and with exceptional quality. The HCM Consultant leads large, complex HCM strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) HCM system and supporting HR and Payroll modules
Leads all aspects of HCM configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of HCM initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development, and support
Ensures HR data practices and activities support our client's mission, growth initiatives, strategies and culture
Sets up Business Processes, Workflows, Security Roles and User Roles, Deductions and Earnings
Maintains the UKG PRO (Legacy UltiPro) system including Core HR data, payroll interfaces, and time and attendance functions
Maintains information flow for other UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Learning Management, Perception, Life Events, Open Enrollment, Workforce Management)
Documents changes and Change Control features
Creates and schedules Business Intelligence Reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
Assists in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
Researches and resolves system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
Configures and tests the HCM software and its various modules
Understands and adapts to the various needs of team members; provides feedback in a helpful and constructive way
Participates in and contributes to pre-sales and sales strategies
Facilitates complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet client-specific needs as necessary
Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation
Experience analyzing complex data or facts and summarizing and presenting findings in a compelling way
Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes, and best practices
Provides mentorship and knowledge transfer to our consulting base
Attends to administrative time keeping and expense tracking duties required for billing

Here's what you need....
Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associates Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) HR and Payroll HCM, or related experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Payroll systems configuration, development, and support

Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting as well as independently
Able to handle escalated issues, understand client needs and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs
Excellent written and verbal communicator; able to tailor communication types and styles to audience
Excellent work ethic and professional attitude, displaying dependability and commitment to both WFIs and the clients success
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; conceptual thinking with an eye for detail
Ability to analyze complex data or facts, summarize findings, and present results in a compelling way
Ability to maintain a spirit of learning with a positive attitude of receiving feedback and ongoing training
Drives by results, self-starter, takes initiative
Human Resources, Computer Science or Business degree
Experience presenting to executive-level audiences
Experienced in creating strategic communication pieces for executive-level audiences
Professional, Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional, Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is
