Benefits Administrator
Location: San Francisco, CA (REMOTE)
Pay: depending on experience, $35 per hour
Job Responsibilities
· Assists Benefits Manager in benefits administration and data analysis within benefits databases
· Acts as internal contact within the company for employees' benefits related inquiries
· Acts as the primary contact to benefit plan vendors
· Responsible for continued analysis of current plans and trends to ensure company obtains best possible benefit options
· Generates complex presentations and reports utilizing PowerPoint and Excel
· Presents benefits-related material during new hire orientation and employee education meetings
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Must have a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in benefits administration
· Must have strong Microsoft Office skills
· Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
