An Addison Group client is looking for a TA Coordinator for their York, PA office! This is a fully in-office role!
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Using Outlook and Workday knowledge is preferred
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple functional disciplines and locations, handling every detail of the interview process
Update the ATS to reflect candidates’ current status throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle from first contact through onboarding.
Champion relationships with internal clients to support timely candidate pre-screening and hiring processes.
Create and maintain process documentation to include process flows, training materials, correspondence, templates, and other documents used in recruiting and onboarding processes.
Work with our HR Team to transition candidates into well prepared new hires through our onboarding process.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
1 years of experience with Workday & Outlook
Experience posting jobs to internal and external sites.
Use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and metrics reporting.
1 years of experience pre-screening resumes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Education And/or Experience
Bachelors degree or Equivalent Talent Acquisition or Human Resource experience.
1 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a dynamic, high volume, customer-focused environment supporting multiple locations and disciplines.
