9 years of experience as an executive recruiter/in recruiting, focusing on technical functions
5 years of experience managing a team, consulting/managing clients, and driving efforts and projects
Experience managing the executive search process, including building/cultivating relationships with candidates and clients in a global business environment
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading a portfolio of executive level requisitions either at an agency or in-house
Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a manager and a leader
Ability to develop teams and maximize individual and team performance
Ability to strategically advise C-Suite-level stakeholders and influence cross-functional/cross-regional teams within and outside of the organization
Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills, and a desire to contribute to the Executive Recruiting team’s reputation and success

You work closely with the executive management team to develop recruiting strategies. You prioritize team resources and manage performance metrics to achieve hiring targets and optimize client and candidate experience.
Core's Executive Recruiting team supports hiring across Core, including our Developer, Data, Corp Engineering, Experience, Privacy, Safety and Security, and cross-Google Engineering teams.
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s products. Additional Information

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of executive searches, providing outstanding client partnership, domain talent expertise, and subject matter expertise in the process.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of recruiters to successfully deliver on hiring goals, and increase productivity, ensuring each team member's personal growth and career development.
Manage inclusive executive search, leadership consideration, and evaluation process from inception to completion (e.g., identifying and assessing qualified talent, managing clients, engaging with candidates and driving their experience, partnering with HR and other stakeholders).
