Where do you fit in

You will be part of a passionate, committed and performance driven global Resourcing organisation. The marketing team, also known as the Employer Brand and Talent Attraction (EBTA) team, are based in 10 countries and you will work with some of the most experienced, fun-loving and dedicated marketing professionals we know! The EBTA team at Shell are responsible for ensuring that Shell is viewed as the #1 Employer of Choice for talent. This includes attraction campaigns through numerous channels, digital technologies, branding, communications, innovations, events and much more.

You will be part of the Global Programmes team. Together the Programmes team are the owners of digital channels strategy, the candidate experience and the employee value propositions for different businesses. In addition we develop the global marketing programmes and innovations to ensure we are a world-class talent marketing organisation.

What’s your role?

As the Marketing Advisor for Experienced Professionals within the Employer Brand and Talent Attraction team, you will be responsible for owning the programmes and projects aimed at firmly positioning Shell as the employer brand of choice amongst the top experienced professionals that Shell seeks to hire.

You will be developing and implementing marketing programmes and projects to attract the best talent, and this means you will be passionate about partnering with the business to understand the needs.

You will need a curious nature too. You will be charged with helping the business understand who the best talent, where they are and what they want to know about working at Shell so that you can develop and deliver initiatives and innovations that helps them to prefer Shell.

This is a global role that will require you to take ownership of ideation and implementation for marketing campaigns for your segment talent segments through:


Being the Programmes team focal in natural teams set-up being in EBTA, for the marketing campaigns, activations and delivery activities for RES, SBO, IDT and T&S, leading logistics and coordination
Ideate and implement for the XP Talent Engagement Programmes being developed through the course of the year, leading logistics and coordination


Accountabilities


Ideate, strategise and implement global integrated marketing programmes for experienced professionals based on business requirements.
Coordinate with agencies, channels and vendors as required.
Relentlessly pursue a culture of customer centricity to measurably enhance the XP candidate experience journey across all touchpoints, from attraction to onboarding.
Support stakeholders across the Global Marketing, HR Talent and Integrated Resourcing Teams to regularly plan and review XP marketing activities.
Collaborate with the business to deliver and exceed recruitment and marketing KPIs
Collaborate across EBTA teams to deliver improved candidate experience, innovative campaigns/ initiatives and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with other global Shell teams to enhance reputation, purpose and employer brand such as Shell Brand International, External Relations, MarComms, Media Relations and Internal Communications.

REQUIREMENTS

What you will need in your toolkit.

You’ll need as many of the following as possible in your profile:


Experience in Marketing (required); Minimum of 2 years; median at 5-7 years.
Experience in managing planning and implementation for projects/ complex campaigns (Required).
Experience in working across virtual teams and multiple stakeholders.
A creative mindset
Customer-first/ Candidate first approach
Experience of working with insights and research.
