Job Description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Supervises the administration of payroll with compliance with French legislation, the rules of the collective agreement and the group's policy in relation to HR operations.
Ensures that payroll complies with payroll legislation and the implementation of necessary changes in relation to the IT support service.
Ensures the implementation of projects related to Shell Payroll processes and systems as well as their updating in relation to the IT support department (HRSP, Maintenance tickets, Incidents tickets included).
Coordinates and ensures the implementation of the necessary resources for the implementation of any project impacting payroll.
Manages and coordinates relations and exchanges with external social organizations (URSSAF, Humanis prévoyance, AGIRC-ARRCO, CNP, Mutuelle, DGFIP): such as Declarations, payment monitoring, legal audit.
Coordinates the execution of legal processes specific to the France (ie. Company Profit Sharing, Business Profit Sharing) and global (ie. PSP).
Main focal point regarding payroll topics related to HR, HR Operations, SBO, SOM, Payroll Accounting team.
Applies and controls the proper implementation of all controls, including the relationship with external auditors (EY).
Key Challenges
Have a payroll system that complies with complex legislation: Technical implementation aspect and respect of timeline.
Supervise the payroll and participate to Local and Global Projects
Work in global organization with stakes’ holder activities from different organization and countries impacting the payroll process.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
Expert on French payroll with a very good knowledge on French legislation,
Strong experience on payroll,
Be able to define priority and manage risk (ie. Do not apply a rule impacting only the employer),
English Speaking (ie. Can easily communicate and work in English).
Knowledge on SAP payroll customizing
Some knowledge on accounting and on employee’s Fiscality.
