Hiring experienced SALES RECRUITER immediately to join one of North America’s fastest growing and highest paying companies. Your current results can be multiplied 5x - 9x with our innovative MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) placement fees. Our main focus is to grow MRR for our team members so they reach TEAM 100 ($1M in earned commissions) in their first 8 to 20 months with us.
This position is sometimes referred to as Headhunter, Hiring Manager, Sales Team Recruiter, HR, External Recruiting Manager.
You should have your own access to any job sites or tools you need to source candidates. You will have access to our company ERP business platform and ATS to source, contact, track, & invite A player candidates to join us. Our automated onboarding process will introduce our company & processes, conduct a competency test, a topgrading interview, hire them, and place them on a sales team. You and your hires will also have access to our CRM, leads, VOIP phone, company phone, autodialer, screenpop phone scripts, SMS, company email, meeting scheduler, video calls, products, proposals, SAs, invoices, sales managers, sales director, team of assistants, support, & everything needed.
You will excel if you are ambitious, with proven experience hiring to achieve 90% A players, can build and maintain lasting relationships, and are flexible (we hired 120 people last month, another 150 expected this month, so things move fast around here). You will hire a team of top performing sales talent who will offer solutions from our 230 B2B & B2E products ranging from $300/mo to $30k/mo including audits, digital marketing, PPC, SMM, marketing, SEO, lead gen, web & app dev, CRO, branding, PR, ORM, chatbots, AI, sales, sales funnels, testing, content creation, HSE, risk assessments, SDS doc management, ecommerce, POS, process optimization, automation, ERP, CRM, analytics, reporting, consulting, & training.
Our most popular placement fee is 5% of 3 year salary, paid monthly. OTE for a Sales Manager (SM) is $236k YR1 $374k YR2 $389k YR3 and your 5% placement fee is $11,800 $18,700 $19,450 for a total fee of $49,950 for you. OTE for a Sales Executive (SE) is $118k YR1 $187k YR2 $194k YR3 and your 5% placement fee is $5,900 $9,350 $9,700 for a total fee of $24,950 for you, for each SE you hire. You should hire 1 SM 10 SEs per sales team. Other placement fee payment options are 100% first month’s salary paid EOM, and 10% first year’s salary paid EOY. In addition to the standard placement fees we also pay a bonus based on your hiring results and a second bonus based on their sales volume.
Pessimistic MRR placement fees based on 1 tiny $497 B2B sale/day x10 hires, poor 15% churn.

Our main company focus is to increase your MRR placement fees. We are looking for experienced A player recruiters and high performers that can hire 3 full tilt sales teams, and have an unshakable drive to hit $1M in earned placement fees within 8-12 months.
This is a full-time remote job.
