Acquiring, movement, and integration of key talent across the organization is one of the most critical investments of BMS/Celgene. We are hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement International with deep understanding of the Talent Acquisition function, and its alignment to the global Human Resources and business communities. The Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement International will provide localized leadership in support of our evolving Talent Acquisition Strategies across our International markets.
In this pivotal role, you will partner across HR COE's, Vendor Suppliers, Functional Support teams, and Business leaders to enable the processes, technologies and resources associated with our multi-channeled 'Total Talent Solution' TA Operations model. We are looking for a true thought leader and solid executer to partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support the company's growth specifically as we evolve our WWM and associated strategies. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strategies and processes, lead operations excellence initiatives, and seek creative solutions to leverage innovation and drive scale. Your goal is simple:attract, assess and hire the brightest minds, in pursuit of delivering truly innovative and life-changing drugs for patients.
Core Activities:
Ensuring global harmonization in the end to end talent acquisition process and seamless integration across impacted programs and teams
Construction of end to end processes and roll out of guidelines working with cross-functional colleagues including Core HR, People Services and HRIT and across regions
Consulting the People Services Leads in the Capability Centers to ensure design and documentation will allow successful operation across the end to end service
Producing and maintaining process documentation eg process maps, business process manual, local work instructions, FAQ's, knowledge articles, mylife content
Help manage Third Party TA Support model
Communicating changes in process and / or tools and delivering training to the appropriate colleagues across various functions and levels
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies
Uses data to recommend modifications to continuously improve processes, reduce costs and improve efficiency & hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Comfortable defining technical requirements and UAT
Identifies issues, champions resolution, and engages the right team to address (eg immigration, relocation, mobility)
Responsible, along with TA colleagues, for data integrity within the Applicant Tracking/Candidate Relationship Management systems and other related tools
Mentor and provide leadership development to team members
Requirements:
We need someone who can be an inspiration to the Talent Acquisition and Sourcing team, to help lead us to a brilliant new world of originality and creativity; a true thought leader.
Experience of progressive HR or TA experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Project Management Experience is essential.
Proven ability to build strong, trustworthy, productive relationships across the business.
Proven ability to influence cross functional teams to ensure alignment of site and company goals.
Strong sense of urgency in addition to the ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner.
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-based insights and observations.
Proven ability to challenge the status-quo, develop coworkers, and maximize individual and team performance while maintaining a fun working environment.
Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possesses high level initiative, ability to multi-task, and has excellent communication and presentation skills
Provide innovative, and scalable solutions that change how we acquire and process talent to drive dramatic improvements.
Preferred Competencies:
HR or Talent Acquisition certification preferred - S/PHR, AIRS, etc - preferred.
Talent Acquisition Operations experience required.
Experience with business intelligence reporting tools and ability to present a strong narrative through analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of and experience with Workday HR Technology or other Core HR systems preferred
Understanding of enterprise data architecture and process modelling
