2498126 - Early Careers Recruitment Business Partner (Farnborough / Remote, UK) We’re hiring! Aon are looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Business Partner to join our UK Talent Acquisition team. The team have responsibility for attracting, selecting and onboarding high potential talent into Aon’s Graduate, Intern and Apprenticeship programmes across the UK. We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in Early Careers recruitment and who wants to build their career within HR. The role will work across all of Aon’s Solution Lines in a high-profile team which works closely senior leaders from across HR and the business. It provides a good opportunity to work within a successful global business and within a large HR team, who are passionate about attracting and developing a diverse pool of talent to lead our business in the future. The Early Careers Recruitment Business Partner works alongside three other Business Partners and UK Early Careers Lead, and in partnership the Early Careers Development Programme Team and the TA Support and Administration Team. The team have responsibility for attracting, selecting and on-boarding top talent from across UK schools, colleges and universities, and then developing them in partnership with the Talent Development team during their first 12-18 month at Aon. We recruit around 300 new colleagues into Apprentice, Intern, Industrial Placement and Graduate roles annually, who join over 15 offices around the UK. The role will be based either from our Farnborough office in Hampshire or virtually (from home) although the successful candidate must reside within the UK.
