Profile

Responsible with the onboarding new members and handing over to their respective teams, in collaboration with Product and Services Group team owners.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
Prepare, facilitate and document endorsement, check-in and check-out schedules for members, Team/Tech Leads and Team Owners.
Promotes and provides assistance in managing member wellness initiatives.
Supports the business strategies at various areas.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Partner
Good interpersonal skill
Good communication skills
Salary:
₱30000 - ₱50000
