POSITION SUMMARY: 

Execute and develop Benefits programs together with China C&B Head, in order to provide an effective and efficient kit to keep internal equity & external competitive advantage.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop benefits programs to ensure the organization reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
• Manage, develop and implement benefits strategy and policies to ensure a proper benefits system in line with company development to keep internal equity & external competitive advantage.
• Compile, review, analyze and interpret market Benefits surveys.
• Perform benefits analysis and evaluation exercises. Be sensitive on the market movement including prevalent trend as well as legal regulations update. Provide analysis result and proposal to HRBPs to offer what the associates indeed need.
• Other related projects assigned by C&B Head.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:   

10+ years HR/C&B experiences in MNC Company, and minimum 3 years in C&B management roles.

Skills:

• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin capabilities are must.
• Good analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivation and willing to work under pressure.

Education: Bachelor degree or above
