The HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the day to day needs of the HR/Recruiting Department with interview scheduling, writing offer letters, on-boarding of new employees, as well as supporting day to day HR needs.
This is remote role, local to the Boston area.
Monitor, review and communicate with applicants through the internal CRM
Scheduling interviews and providing follow up communications to candidates as appropriate.
Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding employee process.
Send out new hire announcements to the team and organization
Skills:
Communicates with employees and candidates in a professional manner
Time management and organizational skills to optimize workflow
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of colleagues, managers, and candidates
Must be highly organized and able to multitask with a positive professional approach
Experience
1 year of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition support experience
Knowledge and experience with HRIS, ATS and other systems
Multi-tasker, problems solver, motivated, responsible, technically proficient.
