This is a permanent position based in Dublin.You will gain exposure to a wide range of pension services, covering our diverse and ever-growing portfolio. We look to offer as much experience as you can handle, and with the appropriate supports, you will be initially providing support to senior administrators. The role will include, but will not be limited to the following: Providing a professional service to our clients.Dealing with ongoing queries from members, employers and pensionersUpdating member records when data is receivedProducing member benefit statementsProcessing all member benefits – leaving service, retirement and death benefitsWorking as part of team to deliver service to the highest standardAdhering to company policies, procedures and controls to ensure that the expected levels of service and support are provided to all ClientsReporting on progress to Line Manager on a regular basis.Problem solving with Colleagues.Support in the delivery of key projects.About YouTo be successful in this role you must show the commitment to superior service delivery expected by Aon and by our clients.Previous pensions-related experience an advantage but not a requirementLikely to be a recent graduateAbility to adapt personal approach and style to suit business requirementsSelf-motivated and driven individual with a proven ability to manage own work load and achieve deadlinesExcellent organisational skills - strong Excel skills a distinct advantageCollaborative approach to workTeam spirit – enjoy contribution, innovation and learning.Strong Interpersonal skills essentialExcellent communicatorHave completed or be prepared to undertake examinations necessary to meet the minimum competency requirements of our regulators.
