What will you be doing?Coordinate the gathering, review, preparation, and submittal of Aon’s workforce data for Affirmative Action and EEO compliance reportingServe as the main point of contact for all external audits and compliance reviews by federal and state government entitiesCollaborate with internal HR partners, external vendors, and government representatives on Aon’s Affirmative Action and Equal Employment programsPartner with Aon’s Recruiting and Culture teams to track progress against the compliance requirements of partnership programs. (i.e., One-Ten, etc.)Respond to all federal and state government requests for employee informationManage all reporting requirements aligned to Workforce Applications and Business CertificationsOversee and coordinate Aon’s Labor Law and Workforce Posters ProgramWork with Aon’s Account Executives and Business Managers to complete requests for proposal/information (RFP/RFI) specific to workforce data on client and contract bidsGeneral data processing and analysis of employee diversity informationAdditional program related tasks and assignments as required by managementWhat are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree preferred, data or analytics background is a plus.Experience in Human Resources, Legal or Compliance or related experience with at least 2 years of work in data analysis or management.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.Must be able to manipulate large amounts of data, formulate data into easy-to-read formats and be comfortable telling a story and provide insights with that dataMust demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detailMust display an exceptional level of professionalism and integrity, and comfortable with managing private and sensitive informationStrong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated and proactive with an ability to work with limited directionAn adaptable and flexible teammate with a high learning agilityA working knowledge of general business management practices is desirableWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. The salary range for this position is $63K - $70K annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
