Please note that you will have to create a new account on the application page.The TeamThe role of HR Operations team is to partner with all HR functions in smooth and timely execution of all HR administrative transactions, payroll and associates’ records management in accordance with relevant policies and regulations.The PositionWe are looking for a HR Operations Manager, skilled and hands-on leader eager to mentor and develop the HR Operations team while working by their side towards achieving team’s objectives. As subject matter expert on HR Operational topics, personal data management and HR core systems, the HR Operations manager will take responsibility for management of the team and support efficient executing of HR Operational Services along the entire employee lifecycle in order to create a positive people experience at PVH.Responsibilities:Lead HR Operations team and oversee execution of processes and administrative transactions via available HR tools with focus on work efficiency and  associate experienceProvide hands-on support to HR Operations team on complex matters or in case of increased workloadTranslate internal policies and legal guidelines into practical requirements, design and implement HR processes and shape administration services to AssociatesDrive partnership with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement across policies, process and technology. Consult on HR change initiatives, relevant projects and communication to associates with an operational lens.Owns HR operational knowledge, actively monitors available knowledge base and provides updates to knowledge articles (including payroll related topics)Actively monitor compliance of practices with internal policies, laws and requirements (ex. immigration law, GDPR etc.) and provide advice on complex cases where needed.  Support internal and external data audits and own remediation plans when required.Responsible for data governance and management of core data in HR systems.The Ideal CandidateBachelor’s degree in HR /Business Administration or equivalent with experience of working in workforce administration or HR generalist role4+ years experience of people management and creating high performing teams, working in an international fast paced environmentStrong technical knowledge in HR Administration (payroll administration, core data, document management) and experience working with and optimizing usage of HR systemsSkilled in reviewing, designing and implementing processes Compliance and risk focused mindset, good understanding of labor law and how it applies to HR processes/transactions.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong relationships and become a trusted partner to stakeholders at all seniority levelAbility to learn quickly, analyze information and exercise good judgment.
