We are looking for a leader who has a strong background in projects and new technology. The role will report to the Senior project manager supporting transformation programs across HR, Employee Services and Organizational Development. This role requires strong capabilities in project management, cloud solution design and infrastructure, problem solving, analytical and critical thinking, collaboration and facilitation, and a drive to achieve results.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
We collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT and various technology partners to ensure Bell achieves excellence in employee experience and HR efficiency. The issues we work with include the creation of a comprehensive Digital HR strategy, the implementation of new technologies and the transformation of the way HR is delivered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Actively support security, privacy and accessibility audit and governance activities for HR tools and programs *Develop and maintain a library of HR tools & a repository of HR technology contracts *Document the current HR technology landscape and recommend solutions to optimize the technical architecture in alignment with HR strategy *Collaborate with HR and IT partners to aggregate all HR transformation programs & projects into coherent views for decision making and reporting *Lead the design and delivery of projects involving business case building, solution design and implementation, change management, and post launch monitoring *Develop project management best practices, tools and templates for digital HR team portfolio *Act as a coach on Digital HR project methodologies and required due diligence activities requested by Corporate Security, Privacy and Information Technology departments *Support the roll-up of project team budget forecasts (YEE's) and spending across various portfolios *Research industry trends, best practices and new HR technologies to continuously improve employee experience and HR efficiency
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*A distinctive blend of technology, business and analytical skills *Strong problem solving skills and able to develop an approach to decision making *Ability to conduct detailed analysis of current and future business processes using best practices methods and tools *Experience with technology projects that develop systems requirements, solution designing, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing under tight deadlines *Self-motivated, action-oriented and demonstrated ability to deliver results *Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously *Clear and concise verbal and written communication style, able to effectively communicate technical information to non-expert colleagues *Team oriented and possessing excellent leadership skills *Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) *Bilingual French & English speaking and writing skills, is an asset
