Description
The HR Technology & Transformation Services team has a wide range of responsibilities that impact the Enterprise including but not limited to HR Technology Strategy and Execution, Budget Management, Project & Implementation Management, Scrum Master Community, and HR Systems Support (Tier 2 Support for HR Systems). This role will support our Agile technology strategy by coordinating journey aligned delivery teams in the HR organization, ensures all activities use the principles of the Agile Framework to streamline delivering business value.

Responsibilities
Facilitation of traditional Scrum Ceremonies
Reporting team metrics using Azure and championing backlog management tools across the organization
Working with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders on Team effectiveness
Provide coaching to Scrum Team members on best practice
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with the SDLC
Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and solid familiarity with the Agile methodologies
Experience in working in multi-team environment
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Process & Technical documentation abilities
Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology
Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools (including Azure)
Scrum Master certification
Previous experience with Human Center Design
Previous experience planning and managing large projects
Prior experience in Human Resources
Working experience with development & delivery teams
Previous experience using SAFe Agile principles
Previous experience coaching and developing Scrum team members

Vaccine Policy:
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. Work-At-Home Requirements:
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
