About THE ROLE

The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding colleague experience.

The Talent Acquisition team are fanatical about talent.  They are determined to find the best people for PVH whilst ensuring the candidate journey is a positive one! They offer a seamless and consultative service to their stakeholders always making sure they are working to the highest standards.

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle, delivering a high quality best practice internal recruitment service across all senior retail management positions.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing an end to end recruitment cycle, delivering a high quality best practice internal recruitment service across all Retail Management positions.

• Responsible for managing stakeholder, candidate, and external supplier relationships.

• Managing the advertising process for live roles via both our internal ATS system, external job boards and LinkedIn.

• Headhunting and talent pool generation.

• Providing a great candidate experience; answering questions, arranging interviews, managing communication and providing a clear status update for all candidates

• Selecting and screening of applicants to provide suitable shortlists for hiring managers

• Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes, providing candidates with constructive feedback throughout their interview process

• Partnering with stakeholders to support them with their resourcing needs; both immediate and future. Providing a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service to the business, from initial briefing to candidate onboarding, supporting on interviews when required .

• Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on resourcing best practice; the most appropriate selection and testing methods available for a role; assisting with the sourcing, development or creation of specialist exercises or tasks where required.

• Working with internal KPI’s and SLA’s, and ensuring strategic decisions in line with the Resourcing team budget.

• Delivering training across PVH UK+ to promote recruitment best practices and great candidate experience

About YOU

• You'll have previous experience of recruitment in a fast paced environment

• You'll be an expert research with experience managing the full recruitment life cycle, (including marketing, advertising, interviewing).

• You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.

• You'll be skilled in analysis, time management, problem solving and innovative thinking

• You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace

• You’ll be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
